According to section 7(1) of theTMG (German Tele-Media Act), we as a service provider are liable for our own content on these web pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are neither obliged to monitor third-party information provided or stored on our website nor to search for circumstances indicating an illegal action. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected.
