For the distribution of semen we need a written approval of the stallion owner (e-mail) in advance.  Fresh semen: Registration until 10:00 a.m. overnight express on the same day Registration until 08:00 a.m. overday express on the same day   Frozen semen: Within Germany:                lead time 24 hours Europe:                              lead time minimum 72 hours USA/Canada/Australia:      lead time approx. 1 week   Please note: To ensure smooth transportation, the cooling of the container is of utmost importance. Depending on the container type and the filling level we need a certain amount of lead time.

We have a great yet limited number of transport containers. However, we advise our customers to try to get a container themselves because this can speed up the transport. A lot of veterinarians and AI centres have transport containers in stock. If a transport container is damaged or gets lost we charge a compensation (up to 2.600€ + VAT). For worldwide shipping or shipping to the Eastern European Countries please send a container.

The shipping costs in Germany and inside Europe can vary. If you want to know the costs incurred please ask our staff. For transport within Europe also an official veterinary certificate is required. It will be ordered by our staff at the competent veterinary authority.
If we know the full adress of the recipient we can calculate the transport costs. In this case we also make a charge for the completion of the container and for filling it with nitrogen. Deliveries outside Germany are made only against prepayment. As soon as the payment is credited to our account we dispatch the semen. If you pay by credit card we can ship the semen immediately.

For worldwide shipping additional costs, e.g. handling charges, health certificate fee, will incur, and additional transport costs might incur, too. For international transports Agricon Logistic has always been our reliable partner.
